Kevin D. Ball, CA,CPA

Kevin received his Chartered Accountant designation in 2001 while working with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). Kevin was a senior manager in the Technology, InfoComm, Entertainment and Media (TICE) group of the Audit and Assurance practice at PwC. Kevin has over seven years of experience serving a range of clients from emerging businesses (private and public) to large public reporting issuers listed on both the TSX and NYSE. Kevin has extensive experience with software, entertainment and media companies and is very knowledge with respect to the accounting issues facing these companies including revenue recognition, software revenue recognition, investment in film and film accounting, accounting for stock-based compensation and business combinations. Kevin also has extensive knowledge of Canadian and U.S. GAAP. Kevin is married to Vicki and has one child Tristan who is 6 months old.
